The mobile home park is the nicest one in Red Bluff. Great place to move when you retire. The river, wildlife, and many functions at the clubhouse means you won’t be bored. Neighbors care about neighbors here everyone looks out for each other.
Very nice well established community, of beautiful homes. The manager does an amazing job, keeping the park clean and well maintained. It seems like a quiet, peaceful place to live.

We desperately needed a place to stay temporarily with our motorhome. We were so grateful to find this park and could not have been happier, thanks to the help and kindness of Joni, the office manager. The park is clean, quiet and friendly. Mature park with lots of shade trees. I found it to be quiet when visiting there. I stopped by to speak with the park manager, Joni about an RV space and she also showed me around the park, pool and clubhouse. She also showed me a beautiful new mobile home for sale. I didn’t think I could afford a new home but she advised that the company does financing, too! What a great option! This is a beautiful park right on the Sacramento river with great views and peacefulness. I would recommend this hidden little gem to anyone who loves to fish, watch the river flow by and enjoy the great outdoors!
